Measuring over 20 feet long it comes to auction with a set of 20 dining chairs with the suite is estimated at £1,500-3,000.From the first floor billiard room comes a large mahogany library bookcase. The upper section has two pairs of bar glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves for books whilst the lower section has two pairs of panel doors enclosing 24 drawers arranged in four banks and is estimated at £1,000-2,000.Also on the first floor, and in one of the principle bedrooms, is a late 19th century inlaid mahogany breakfront wardrobe.
