Howzat for a Cricket Collection
A lifetime collection of cricket memorabilia is being sold by Charterhouse in Sherborne in their 4th April specialist Sporting Auction.
The collection was amassed over many decades by the late Harry Brewer of Nether Compton.” Commented Richard Bromell. “Harry was a well-known and keen sportsman, but cricket was his main passion.”
In the cricket memorabilia collection, which is all being sold without reserve, there are pottery figures, pictures, balls, bailes and a vast library of specialist cricket books including a complete run of the famous Wisden Cricketers Almanacks dating from 1864 to 2021.
Charterhouse are now accepting entries for their forthcoming specialist auctions of sporting items, automobilia & enamel signs, classic cars, sporting items, pictures, watches and Asian art.
