A lifetime’s collection of Railwayana is being sold in a single owner auction on Monday 1st September.

The collection was “housed” in the bedroom of a Somerset chalet bungalow having been amassed over nearly 50 years.
There are thousands of items briefly including station and other enamel signs, cast iron signs, jackets, hats and other uniforms, porter and train whistles, punch machines, station, railways and carriage lamps, ticket machines, a ticket dispensing cabinet, lighting, badges, signal box instruments, clocks, books, artwork, tearoom/carriage ceramics and glass, buttons, wagon plates, gauges, mirrors and many, many other items
