Two vintage shepherd huts are included in the Charterhouse antiques & interiors auction on Friday 26th June.
“The owner has owned both the shepherd huts for over 10 years but has decided to let new owners enjoy them.” Commented Richard Bromell.
Both the shepherd huts were fully restored when purchased. Over the years, they have provided a great place for the grandchildren to stay, acted as guest accommodation and been a lovely environment to sit down with a good book, a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
The huts are fitted with bed frames, tables and the all important little wood burner to keep warm with on cooler evenings. Also ideal as a workspace they could in addition provide the new owner with a letting income through Airbnb or similar.
Each estimated at £4,000-6,000, they remain in situ with the owner near Shaftesbury from where they will need to be collected with Charterhouse able to recommend a transporter.
